Joana enjoys learning new things everyday

Joana is from Porto and lived there almost all of her life. Denied the right to have a pet as a child, she followed her heart and decided to study in Porto as a Veterinarian. This experience broadened her horizons, affording her a variety of positions inside the Animal Health Industry. From sales representative to marketing manager, then to category manager, she has developed the majority of her career between Portugal and Spain. Last year, she decided that was time to enroll in the Magellan MBA to deepen her knowledge in areas like operations, finance and strategic management.
