A military background shaped Francisco’s attitude
Francisco started off as a Military Academy Cadet in 1999, a choice he made himself. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering, started his career in Portugal and quickly moved around the world. South America, Africa and the Middle East have been his destinations. Francisco is currently an MBA candidate at Porto Business School, but over the past 4 years he has been working in the energy sector as Operations Manager for an international power company. His international experience allowed him to gain multicultural business experience and to manage complex projects and operations in particularly diverse environments.Main skills

In the medium-term horizon, he would like to be in a Corporate Management position, where he can work within the organization strategy, core business and be part of key corporate or group decisions. He would like to continue working with multinational companies, preferably in the energy sector.

When he’s working, Francisco is outspoken and an extrovert person. In his younger years he lived his most “wild period”, travelling to more than 35 different countries in 5 different continents. After many years working abroad and spending time at airports and in airplanes, he would now rather spend some time with his family and be able to play with his daughter, see her running happily in their family home.
