Ricardo is a skilled mediator

Ricardo was born in Famalicão, where he still lives. In 2010, while enrolled in Universidade do Minho, he decided to go to Italy on Erasmus. In that same year, he started to work at Continental. One year later he finished his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Later, in 2014, he went to Coindu in Romania and attended a Post-Graduation in Lean Management. Professionally he has assumed roles in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Quality and Continuous improvement. Ricardo is currently attending an MBA at Porto Business School.
