The free spirited and focused Sílvia Duarte is at heart, a pursuer of aesthetics.
With a degree in Industrial Design from Escola Superior de Artes e Design (since 2007) and currently a Magellan MBA candidate at Porto Business School, her career started as a lighting designer, responsible for developing, creating and leading design projects for the French market for about 4 years. In 2008, she was awarded the Young Designers Award by CPAI. In 2011, Sílvia began her entrepreneurial path when she founded her first start-up in the product design industry. By 2012, her project had already received three awards. First, as the best creative idea in Creative Industry by Arrisca C – Universidade de Coimbra. Second, it garnered first place in the Ousar Entrepreneurship Award by AIMinho, and lastly was awarded the second place in the entrepreneurship competition Poliempreende by IPL.Main skills
